Description of problem:
Libvirt support live change the description of guest, so the dialogue box should not pop up after live changing the description of guest.
dialogue box:
These changes will take effect after the next guest shutdown.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Prepare a rhel6.2 guest.
2. Run the guest.
 # virsh list --all
 Id    Name                           State
----------------------------------------------------
 40    rhel6.2                        running

3. Navigate to the "Show virtual hareware details" screen.
4. Click Overview item -> type "aa" in Description text -> click Apply button.
5. Dailogue box pop up:
These changes will take effect after the next guest shutdown.
6. Click OK button on dailogue box.
7. Check that the decription content display "aa" without shutdown the guest.

Actual resultes:
As above.

Expected results:
after step 4, no dailogue box pop up.

Indeed, I think libvirt provides an explicit API for this now.

But this isn't really important for RHEL, so just moving to upstream tracker.
