Description of problem:

There is a current RFE to investigate SSL connections from the grid plugins to the broker.  If that feature is added, it would be good to allow configuration of the ssl values through wallaby.

MRG-Grid is in maintenance and only customer escalations will be considered. This issue can be reopened if a customer escalation associated with it occurs.
