Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch an ec2 application.
2.Navigate to filter view of applications.
3.click on the "Amazon ec2" cloud resource provider link.

Provider Properties page displayed.
X-Deltacloud-Driver,X-Deltacloud-Provider text displayed.
see attached screesnhot. 

   



Expected results:
X-Deltacloud-Provider should be replaced with EC2 Region 
...


similar the text in  properties for rhevm and vsphere should be changed respectively
