missing kn_IN langpack in libreoffice even it was in ooo

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run tps-upgrade un stable systems for 2012:12592

error: Failed dependencies:
        openoffice.org-core = 1:3.2.1-19.6.el6_0.5 is needed by (installed) openoffice.org-langpack-kn_IN-1:3.2.1-19.6.el6_0.5.x86_64


Expected results:
lo should obsolete ooo
