If you're still using Fedora 14, please upgrade to a newer version (15 or 16) as it isn't maintained anymore, see here for details: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/End_of_life

The issue you see is caused by a testing update for the python-slip package (used by both system-config-services and system-config-samba) which contained a bug. This version 0.2.19 was replaced in Fedora 15 and higher, but unfortunately this testing update wasn't pulled in Fedora 14 before it was "put on the shelf" -- after which I can no longer make changes to released updates, testing or stable.

If you need to stay on Fedora 14 (I don't know a compelling reason for that and advise against it as you won't get security fixes for it any longer), please downgrade this and other packages to the stable released versions, which are now hosted on http://archive.fedoraproject.org. I don't think that there's an easy way to downgrade the packages however, as your repository configuration would need to be adapted. It's much easier to upgrade to 15 or 16 if you ask me :-).

Oh, and bug #518455 isn't related at all, it's a different bug reported by abrt originally reported against system-config-services.
