RHEL Engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on RHEL 6 through RHEL 9 to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
  Reinstall with IO failed on windows 7 32/64 bits and windows 2008 32/64 bits;in addition,it also affected directly Device install check for Other Device Stability and Device install check for System Files consistency  on windows 7 guests,as a result,they failed as well.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.set up testing ENV and install driver to the relevant guests
2.submit jobs
  a.submit Reinstall with io job on windows 7 32/64 bits and windows 2008 32/64 bits guest.
  b.submit "Device install check for * " for windows 7 32/64 bits guest.
    
  
  
Actual results:
  1.All the jobs failed at last.
  QE also found reinstall with io job was included in Device install check for * of windows 7 guests.And the failure reason was similar with the former.
  
Expected results:
  All jobs can passed.
  Reinstall with IO passed on windows 7 and windows 2008 guests.
  Device install check for Other Device Stability and Device install check for System Files consistency passed on windows 7 32/64 bits guest.

Additional info:

  QE uploaded the relevant CPKs,Dumps and Screen shots and name them with OS.

QE finish new round virtio-scsi whql test on build 30 .does not hit this issue on the new build 
This issue has been fixed already , move status to VERIFIED
