Numerals on cards 2,3,4,5 are very poorly rendered

Running LXDE desktop, X.Org X Server 1.11.99.903 (1.12.0 RC 3)
No such problem with Linux Mint 12 aisleriot-1:3.2.1-0ubunt

Seems to be fixed in current F17-branched. No change in aisleriot, driver (nouveau) problem??
