description: Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link AGN driver for Linux

Expected results:
Wireless should work smoothly without any disturbance.

Additional info:
It was perfectly working fine earlier on Fedora 16. I believe recent changes in package might be affecting it.

This looks like a kernel driver issue; is there any information about 'wlan0' from the 'dmesg' command? Basically, it appears that the wifi driver is telling wpa_supplicant/NM that it's disconnected from the AP; NM is only responding to that event.
