use new snapshot query: GetAllVmSnapshotsByVmId, instead of current implementation for getting snapshots. The query returns a list of 'Snapshot', which is a new Backend business entity.

Since engine committed their changes before Rest API support them , we can't perform most of snapshots operations currently .
