Description of problem:
I installed fresh F16, and I updated it using "yum update". During packages updating thers is a error:

/usr/share/selinux/devel/include/system/libraries.if: Syntax error on line 54802 ~ [type=TILDE]
/usr/share/selinux/devel/include/system/libraries.if: Syntax error on line 54804 ~ [type=TILDE]

selinux-policy-3.10.0-75.fc16.noarch

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh install
2. yum update

Actual results:

No errors

$ yum reinstall selinux-policy-targeted
