We are trying very unsuccessfully so far to get the create permissions set on the partner account for hardware certification. Please expiate this request asap. If you have any questions, please email me at either abarrera, or rhnreg.

Hi,

Apologies for the delay and troubles you've had getting the appropriate accounts set up.

I see rhnreg still does not have permissions to create certifications. I have added hwcert-enter permissions to user rhnreg now so this account should be able to submit certifications.

Bugzilla is not the expected entry point for these requests. If you have a moment I would be interested to know what other requests you made for this and to where so we can improve our response.

Thanks,

-Rob
