Description of problem:

There is placeholders of img on the app details page.

How reproducible:always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to openshift website and login
2.Go to new console page and create an application
3.Click the "Details" button of the application
  
Actual results:

There are placeholders of img on the app details page.Details see in attahcment.

Expected results:

Placeholders of img should not be displayed on the app details page.

Removed the placeholder images and adjusted margins. Should be easy enough to add back in once we get appropriate icons

Verified it on devenv_1612, the placeholder is removed.
