Description of problem:

- export template - operation succeeds
- go to storage >> export storage domain >> templates >> disks: empty 

this is not a backend issue as information on export domain vms and or templates are not persisted on db (as export can be attached to different pools). 
when I issue the 'tree' command on host (spm) under /rhev/data-center/<spUUID>/<SDUUID(export)> I see all images as expected. 

end result: unable to import template
