Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Sync Plan
2. Click in the Time box.
3. Click one of the hour buttons in the popup ui
4. Click back in the textbox, putting the cursor (for instance) before the first character - shouldn't matter where exactly
5. Click another hour button in the popup ui
  
Actual results:
popui is broken, unresponsive, submit button is unresponsive

Expected results:
can select time

Couldn't reproduce. Time selection works as expected.

These bugs have been resolved in upstream projects for a period of months so I'm mass-closing them as CLOSED:UPSTREAM.  If this is a mistake feel free to re-open.
