Description of problem:

There are two kind of display of app/account/password/edit page on the new website.

How reproducible:always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to new openshift website and log in
2.Click the "Change your password" button on "My Account" page
3.Input nothing and click the "Change Password" button
  
Actual results:

After step 2,I was taken to app/account/password/edit page.
After step 3,I was still in app/account/password/edit page,but the display style is different from the previous one.Seems we have two app/account/password/edit page.Details see in attachment.

Expected results:

The display should be consistent on app/account/password/edit page.

Verify this bug on devenv-stage_144, it has been fixed now.
