Description of problem:
Trying to do that results in a message dialogue with 'Unable to lower runtime log level to 5000 due to compile time minimum of 10000'.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
BRMS 5.3.0 ER4


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into the Console.
2. Open the message panel/log.
3. Click on 'Trace'.

  
Actual results:
'Unable to lower runtime log level to 5000 due to compile time minimum of 10000'.


Expected results:
Trace level logging enabled.


Additional info:
If it is intended to be impossible, the button shouldn't even be there. Otherwise it should work.
