The bug seems to have been fixed (tried to recreate on product with latest
commit 6f6aef2413582680f10bed26c00175d7ca9613f9)

This bug is caused by a mistake in spec file. Patch fixing this issue has been posted in [DELTACLOUD-INTERNAL] [PATCH] BZ 803628 remove non-existent classnames locales; replace them with activerecord locales
