reducing priority ...apparently this is a known issue.  the version of RHQ i am using does not have smartGWT compiled for all browsers.

works with FF.

The current build process is designed reduce build time and strain on the build servers for day-to-day development. There are jobs that build all the locales on a daily schedule. Please see the RHQ Core view and the job description for further details.
