The 'inactive option' for user status on Cloud Engine would fail. This update removes the user status radio buttons as the function is not supported in the user model.

Steps to Reproduce:
I created a user "akarol" and launched few instances.
I don't wanted to delete the user, so thought of deactivating it for some time. 

  
Actual results:
The inactive option was not working.

Expected results:
it should be either removed or should work

Bugfix was pushed to the master w/ commit # 858f79df07971281d66d965eef87ce6a40ab1758 and to the 1.1 branch w/ commit # 0cd6d7dd0615e0876e2bbbab5287f1a341908187, please verify it.
