Steps to Reproduce:
1. Cloud resource Provider -- Add account -- added account 'rhevmaccount' for RHEV
2. Added another account 'rhevmaccount' for RHEV , unable to add( as expected )
3. But the alignment gets disturbed as seen in attached screenshot.

Another Scenario to create this :

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rhevm or Vsphere , New account
2. Don't fill any data and save 
3. text fields are misaligned as shown in screenshot (both in chrome and
Firefox)



Another One : 

Give Wrong Priority number (like special chars) and Save . 
As shown in screenshot , Priority text field goes to next line ..
