Description of problem:
Enable calendar/tasks alarms/notifications by default

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evolution-2.28.3-24.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. on a clean user account, start evolution, go through initial configuration
2. go to Preferences -> Calendar/Tasks -> Alarms
3. check "Display alarms in notification area only" checkbox status
  
Actual results:
checkbox should be checked to enable the notifications. Note: the checkbox description is misleading, see bug #805220 for details

Expected results:
checkbox is checked

I requested more testing on bug #805220 and I suspect this being also related to bug #805239.
