In 0.0.7 the sync log directory is owned by the pulpdist-httpd RPM. This is incorrect, it should be included in the pulpdist-plugins RPM.

Had to spin a new 0.0.7 RPM to fix some Python 2.6 incompatibilities anyway, fixed this at the same time.
