Caused by the IFRAME fix we put in for the express page (to restrict the size of the iframe).  The CSS rule is too general and needs to be more specific so it doesn't interact.

Fabiano removed the direct video embeds, I'm going to remove the CSS change.

Tested this issue on devenv_2029, the editor is correct now.
