Description of problem:

3.2.10 and 3.3.0-4 have both shown this problem.  After putting the laptop to S3 state, after some time, the laptop just reboots.  There's nothing in the system logs, not even the suspend-related logs.

3.2.9 doesn't have this problem.

This is a ThinkPad T420s with a Sandybridge chipset:
