Description of problem:
During the testing domain alteration, I found out, that if domain is "" string the error message:

Namespace \'\' is too long. Maximum length is 16 characters.


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. change the domain name to ""

The broker should return an error - "You must enter a valid name for this domain."

Already Fixed, it is showing "Invalid namespace" error with code 106.

Verify this bug on stage, it is fixed now.
