Doc Text:
Launching multiple instances caused the same instance to display different uptime values in different browsers. This bug fix updates application.js so the uptime value is displayed the same disregard of the browser used.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
I launched multi instance deployment for ec2. 
In firfox the same deployment shows global uptime as 21 hrs whereas in IE8 the  global uptime value displayed is 41 seconds.

see attached screen shots.


Expected results:
value displayed should be same irrespective of which browser  we are using
