Description of problem:
The version of ImageMagick now in Rawhide provides /usr/lib64/libMagickCore.so.5. This is a major-number update, so VIPS needs to be rebuilt.

vips-7.26.7-1.fc17

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to build dmapd (which uses VIPS) on Rawhide.
