Description Hans de Goede 2003-01-01 09:52:53 UTC
since /etc/inputrc now contains bindings for ctrl-left / ctrl-right for
gnome-terminal, it would be nice ot add them for xterm too.

Lines for gnome-terminal (already there):
"\e[5C": forward-word
"\e[5D": backward-word

Lines to add for xterm:
"\e[1;5C": forward-word
"\e[1;5D": backward-word

Another option would be to standardify the termial behaviour for
ctrl-left/right, but since there's no standard for this just accepting both
probably is the best. Esp since other vendors will be shipping an unmodified xterm.
