Description of problem: The touchscreen of the WePad, using the egalax driver, haven't multitouch with Fedora. Infos about the device: Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0eef:72a1 D-WAV Scientific Co., Ltd Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): - kernel: 3.3.0-8.f17 - mtdev: 1.1.0-3.20110105.fc17 - xorg-x11-drv-evdev: 2.7.0-2.fc17 How reproducible: Install Fedora to a WeTab and try: $ xinput test-xi2
evdev with mtdev support builtin *breaks* setting props on the egalax driver. I just recompiled evdev without mtdev support and third button emulation now works again. Component should be changed to xorg-x11-drv-evdev
Since there was recent activity in this bug, I confirm it still happens on Fedora 18.
