Description of problem:
When a user logs into the oVirt and then goes to webadmin page in browser, the login screen appears for ~4 seconds, then user is logged in without any user input.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login
2. Go to webadmin webpage
3. Wait 5 seconds
  
Actual results:
Login screen appears and then is logged in

Expected results:
User is logged in immediately
