Devel env, last commit's hash: a3fb80fa7bc1531878a5b4e8543c94d9d85494f3

The counter in the upper-right side of the Task Manager view is only for running jobs, but it's not clear that it does not include the rest of jobs, a popup will help here.

In addition, in order to keep unity with other counters in webadmin's same line, it's better to make the allignment as:

counter + " Tasks"
and not
"Tasks (" + counter + ")"
