Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to conductor from IE9
2.Move to 'clouds'
3.Click 'New image' button
  
Actual results:
page displays the fields twice(PFA: newimage_ie9.png)

Expected results:
It should display as it is in FF (PFA:newimage_ff.png)

This is working on updated version of ie9. (PFA: on_new_ie9.png)
