Description of problem:

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.login to conductor from ie9
2.select any image
3.create a "new blueprint from image"
4.select the 'catalog'
  
Actual results:

Observed that the catalog selection was not getting updated 
(PFA:createblueprint-ie9.png) and the same was updating only after clicking on "save"

Expected results:
The selection of catalog should automatically get updated as in Firefox
(PFA:createblueprint-ff.png)
