Steps to Reproduce:
1. open portal in chrome browser and sign in as a root
2. go to Site Editor -> Add New Page
3. check Publication date & time checkbox
4. click Node Name input field
5. press Tab 7 times
  
Actual results:
cursor in on LevelUpArrowIcon

Expected results:
cursor should be in End Publication Date input field

Additional info:
It works properly when using firefox.
