Description of problem:

I tested this with a couple of books and the Revision_History.xml file contains user information, but the email address has a ">" appended to the end for some reason. This does not seem to occur in other places, such as the Author_Group.xml file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the CSP to build any book.
2. Extract the archived book.
3. View the <email> field value in the file en-US/Revision_History.xml
