The web UI currently gives little indication that a repo is configured for dry run sync operations only (it's only shown in the config details on the repo page).

Where ENABLED is currently shown in the web UI, DRY RUN should be shown instead if the repo is configured for dry run operation instead of full synchronisation.

Fixed for 0.0.15 (displayed as "ENABLED - DRY RUN ONLY" on details page and "TEST" on repo summary page)
