alsa-info kernel-3.2.10-3

Description of problem:
On kernels 3.3.0-4 and newer and HDA (Intel) sound devices alsa-info doesn't show control 'CD' (there is no "CD Playback Volume", "CD Playback Switch").
When I start system on kernel-3.2.10-3 'CD' control is shown again but it's muted. Whan I unmute it everything is fine - TV card plays sound.

How reproducible:
Run Fedora 16 on kernel not older than 3.3.0-4.fc16.x86_64 with sound card Intel HDA 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run system, run e.g. alsamixer

Actual results:
There is no 'CD' control

Expected results:
'CD' control is visible

Additional info:
System: Fedora 16, x86_64 (also Fedora 17, fully updated on April 15th 2012) 
Sound card: HDA ATI SB
TV card: WinFast TV2000 RM FM (PCI)
