for reasons of saving space on liveCD, libnuma was splitted out of numactl package to numactl-libs. Would you please update dependencies of your package in this manner?

numactl-2.0.7-5.fc17,irqbalance-1.0.3-4.fc17 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 17.
Package numactl-2.0.7-5.fc17, irqbalance-1.0.3-4.fc17:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 17 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing numactl-2.0.7-5.fc17 irqbalance-1.0.3-4.fc17'
