The tool tip messages for the Cloud Engine (French) appeared in English. This update removes untranslated titles. Tool tips are now displayed in French.

The Reference to "pool_family_name" and "realm_name" is been remove

I'm not seeing a bug in "TT_Fr_2.png". "Description" is a French word, meaning 'description'.
