Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 813278
NM seems to get confused with multiple access points after they were renamed
Last modified: 2014-11-18 14:11:46 EST
Description of problem:
I have several wireless access points listed in NM which have long since been renamed. NM keeps trying to connect to them even after I click "forget".
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
What applet do you talk about: nm-applet, gnome-shell's one or something else.
By running 'nmcli dev wifi list' or 'nm-tool' in a terminal you should get current list of SSID that was scanned by NetworkManager.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle.
Changing version to '19'.
(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 19 End Of Life. Thank you.)
