Description of problem:
In VM tab when user open context menu of VM using right click there is item Change CD which opens dialogue. Better and user friendlier way would be submenu containing list of available ISOs/VFDs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have running VM
2. Open context menu by right clicking the VM
3. Click change CD
  
Actual results:
Dialogue is opened

Expected results:
Submenu containing images is opened (even without clicking, just moving mouse over the item)
