Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.login to conductor
2.Create a new image
3.Click on 'Build'/build all
4. Once ths build is going on, click on 'Rebuild all' option
  
Actual results:
Observed that old build was going on, and the new request was put on 'new' status

Expected results:
Rebuild all should be disabled
