spacewalk-admin was recently added to epel6 but all of it's dependencies are not available.

package: spacewalk-admin-1.8.3-1.el6.noarch from epel
  unresolved deps: 
     spacewalk-base
     perl(RHN::SatelliteCert)

so spacewalk-web is missing... And please check all of it's dependencies are there too when packaging!

spacewalk-admin was orphaned and no one actually picked it up.
There is no one willing to fix it.
