Description of problem:
There is no motion effect of Openshift logo when move the mouse point on the logo in IE.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the openshift website via IE.
2.Move the mouse point over the openshift logo.
  
Actual results:
 There is no motion effect for the openshift logo  

Expected results:
The openshift logo should have motion effect(rotate).

IE doesn't support rotation of elements in CSS yet.  It won't be until IE10 that it is available.
