Description of problem:
A package contains a list of files. It should include all directories it creates and where it is the sole user of. This package misses two directories.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
eclipse-findbugs-1.3.9-3.fc15.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
pwd
/usr/share/eclipse/dropins/findbugs
[bas@precies findbugs]$ find -name "*" -print0 | xargs -0 rpm -qf | sort | uniq
eclipse-findbugs-1.3.9-3.fc15.noarch
eclipse-findbugs-contrib-4.2.0-3.fc15.noarch
file /usr/share/eclipse/dropins/findbugs is not owned by any package
file /usr/share/eclipse/dropins/findbugs/plugins is not owned by any package

As shown above

Expected results:
Both directories should as not owned by any package should be owned by this package.
