Description of problem:
I recently had to make some modifications to the method DiscoveryServerServiceImpl.getResources for bug 812925. There is a good bit of logic in getResources as well as other methods that compromise the public API of DiscoveryServerService. There are however, no corresponding unit tests. We need to get some test coverage in place for these methods as this is a critical part of the agent/server infrastructure.
