Description of problem:
In a run page, choose some case runs and click Add under "Bugs", then "Cancel", and a warning "Please specify bug ID" pops up.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
tcms-stage - 3.7.0-1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter into a run.
2.Choose some case runs and click "Add" under "Bugs", then "Cancel".

  
Actual results:
A warning "Please specify bug ID" pops up.

Expected results:
The bug adding box should just disappear without any warning.
