syslinux-extlinux is a RHEL6 package. Ask RedHat why it isn't available on your system.
Thanks. I've filed BZ820524 and will wait for Red Hat to include or not in Client/Desktop subscriptions those files; Meanwhile I'll rebuild from source the package.
