In the help/basic and help/enterprise docs pages, the ACCESSKEYs for Prev, Next,
Up, and Home. They should be preserved for Accesibility.

Please provide more details if this is still a problem.  What are the
consquences of not preserving access keys.  Which access keys are you referring to?
