Description of problem: When I click the links on community/documentation page, it will return to another page which says "The requested page could not be found.", this issue also happens on production. Maybe there is some mistake on the url of files, like https://openshifttest.redhat.com/community//community/sites/default/files/documents/OpenShift-2.0-Getting_Started_Guide-en-US.pdf
File contents are not copied to the devenv by the production data dump. Only staging and production will have these file contents.
